Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Products must be in original condition as received without damage or alterations. Returns made after installation will not be refunded unless 1. there are no visible signs of use and no signs of installation have been made or 2. the product is a warranty return (see "Warranty” for details). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a 10% restocking fee unless the return is the result of a manufacture or shipping error by Black Widow Exhaust.
Note: some shops are hesitant to install performance mufflers that are not direct OEM replacements due to fitment modifications necessary to fit to your existing system – in which they may say "it does not fit". Our mufflers are universal (can be made to fit most systems), so finding a shop that specializes in exhaust is important - and key for ideal results.
