As owners of Black Widow Exhaust, each one of us has had a child treated at CHOC. The care and overall experience was nothing but the best. So, we wanted to play a part in helping a local foundation that meant something to us – and where we could feel good about helping families continue to experience the same comfort and care that we received. Rules:
- Winner will be announced December 1, 2017.
- Tickets will not be sent to web site entrants. Tickets will be filled out by Black Widow on behalf of each entrant and combined with all other entrants.
- Winner will be chosen randomly.
- Each ticket value equals $2. 1 ticket qualifies for 1 entry. Buy 3 tickets, get an extra ticket free.
- Cash must be exchanged for a ticket(s) unless purchased on our web site.
- Tickets can ONLY be purchased online through our shopping cart at www.blackwidowexhaust.com/shop or at at shows where the Black Widow booth is displayed and authorized representatives are selling tickets.
- Unlimited entries can be purchased.
- 100% of all proceeds will be donated to Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
- Photos as proof of signatures will be provided to the winner.
- Winner will receive one 2002 Les Paul Epiphone guitar (in working condition), an authentic Epiphone guitar case, and custom leather guitar strap. No other items will be provided.
- Shipping will be free to the winner and will be insured for “up-to” the value as determined by Black Widow Performance, Inc.
- A letter and photos of celebrities signing the guitar will be provided as proof of authenticity to the winner. No other documentation will be provided.
- Black Widow Performance, Inc. is not responsible for the loss or damage of the guitar during the shipping process.
- In case of damage or loss to the guitar, guitar case and strap or either of the items individually, Black Widow Performance, Inc. will provide the winner 100% of the claim reimbursement amount received from the shipping provider. No other reimbursement will be provided to the winner.
