Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Products must be in original condition as received without damage or alterations. Returns made after installation will not be refunded unless 1. there are no visible signs of use and no signs of installation have been made or 2. the product is a warranty return (see "Warranty” for details). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund as well as a 10% restocking fee unless the return is the result of a manufacture or shipping error by Black Widow Exhaust.
Note: Some shops are hesitant to install a muffler(s) that is not a direct OEM replacement due to minor fitment modifications necessary to fit your existing system – in which they may say "it does not fit". Our mufflers are universal and can be made to fit almost any system. Finding a shop that you trust and that specializes in exhaust is important - and key for ideal results. We always recommend a 2nd opinion - if in fact you are told that "it will not fit" and not provided with details as to why.

After sending, allow 5-7 days for shipping and the same for refunds. Please call us at (949) 228-9715 directly if your refund has not processed 10-14 days after shipping your product back to us.
